Using customized processes, involving research, concept development, sharing of best practices, pilot programs, peer-reviews, SMI Thought Leadership Councils and initiative teams produce methodologies, publications, guidelines, and interactive tools to help all healthcare supply chain practitioners to become more efficient, agile, and transformative. SMI’s Tools are available at no charge.
